The position covers a broad range of equine practice across multiple breeds and disciplines involving sports medicine, general medicine, neonatal medicine, dentistry and reproduction.  Our large spacious equine facility is complete with surgical suite, isolation and ICU stalls, and digital imaging equipment.  You will have the opportunity to manage your cases from start to finish.  

A separate on-site reproduction facility hosts advanced reproductive procedures, semen freezing and embryo transfer.  This facility is approved for AUS/NZ/EU semen processing/storage and CEM Import Quarantine. 

Clinical cases are 70% in-clinic/30% ambulatory.  Emergency cases haul-in.    

New graduates are mentored and supported.

Flex work periods considered/encouraged. 

Continuing education is strongly encouraged.

Southern Oregon is a beautiful region with unlimited and year-round outdoor recreational opportunities.  Close and accessible vineyards, breweries, navigable white water rivers, high lakes, Crater Lake National Park, and the Cascade and Siskiyou ranges.  The California/Oregon coast is under two hours away.  Quality of life is important to everyone in the practice.   Emergency duty is shared and extremely light.

Compensation based on experience.  Salary or Pro-Sal option, each with comprehensive benefits package.  Hourly rate is also an option.
