We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our Lincoln Park and Rogers Park locations in Chicago Illinois. The Practice Manager will oversee every aspect of our day-to-day operations with the mission of delivering the best care and service in the industry. You will also be in charge of ensuring we have the best work environment for all staff members.

You will have an excellent support team including an Assistant Practice Manager and Team Leaders.

Pay:

• Highly competitive salary of $65K-$100K+

Requirements:

• 1 year of Practice Management experience minimum
• Technically proficient
• Vehicle (preferred)
• Able to manage both of our locations

Oz Animal Hospital is a AAHA Accredited & Cat Friendly Certified hospital in Lincoln Park Chicago and we are currently working on certification for our new location in Rogers Park Chicago.

• We use low-stress handling techniques.
• We have full in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, laser therapy, stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, anesthetic monitoring, suction, hot air blanket equipment, and much more.
• Chiropractic care and puppy training classes are offered.
• We have longer appointment times which allow our doctors the time to tailor medical recommendations, educate pet owners, and deliver all recommended treatments.
• We keep multiple appointment slots open to account for same day calls.
• Doctors are assigned one surgical day per week.
• We are an appointment-based clinic.
• Work-life balance is especially so we use local 24-hour hospitals to manage cases after our normal business hours if necessary. We close at 6 pm during the week and we are closed on Sunday.
• We are a modern practice with the latest technology for communicating with clients and staff members including being a paperless practice.
