State of the art, all new equipment, high support staff to DVM ratio lets you be a DVM not a part-time tech.  15: 1 support staff to DVM ratio.  Varied caseload from emergency to wellness.  Great hours 4 on 4 off. ( some DVMS are doing 7 on 7 off )  10am-10pm for those who aren't early risers. 

100% paperless.  ezyvet software + smartflow whiteboard. 

Mentorship guidelines in place if new grad. 

Fast-track to ownership if desired. That will increase your net worth not just salary which is much more important in the long run. 

Must be able to delegate.  Control freaks not considered.  Job is so much fun when you can be the face of the practice when work is getting done behind you.

2 facilities that are both brand new. 1 in Longview (thevetonfourth.com) 1 in Hallsville (hallsvillevet.com) 2 facilities planned for construction soon. Expanding through associate ownership. Fast track to paying down those student loans. Opportunity to work extra if desired for more $$. Our team is a well oiled machine. Very smart and capable technicians, tech assistants, and office staff. Dentistry is 4% of our income. No boarding(medical boarding only) , No Grooming, No dog food for sale. We are here to practice medicine, and there is a lot of it to practice.
