Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience
Able to work independently
Able to execute high standards of care, while supporting the goodwill extended to the local community
Able to exhibit a true passion for fostering the well-being of pets and their families
Strong leadership and communication skills
State Veterinary Board License (must be in good standing)
Day in the Life:
Partner with clients as an advocate for the pet to plan follow-up visits, provide home-care instructions and education to ensure the lifelong health of their pets
Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records
Deliver medical and surgical treatments with formulary approved pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment, in accordance with our standards
Practice in accordance with state practice act and principles of veterinary medical ethics
