Claws and Paws Animal Care, established in 2004 in Powhatan, VA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal clinic. Veterinarians interested in either full or part time are encouraged to contact us.
We are a small animal hospital focused on quality care for dogs and cats. We are a two-doctor hospital with a great support staff. Due to the on-going growth in Powhatan and surrounding counties, we have a need to expand our staff. We offer a full range of services including routine care, digital radiography, full in-house lab, comprehensive surgical procedures and full in-house pharmacy.
Our clinic maintains a good work-life balance and is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM. No night calls or weekends. We actively support the community and work closely with Powhatan Animal Shelter.

Requirements:
DVM or equivalent
Virginia license
DEA license
Surgical experience desirable
