Atlantic Coast Veterinary Specialists in Bohemia, NY is seeking an experienced emergency clinician to join our team.
ACVS opened in 2002 as the first multi-specialty referral and emergency hospital in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. Our hospital is equipped with advanced, state of the art diagnostic equipment and staffed by board certified specialists, a strong ER team, and a highly trained and caring support staff. Our specialty services include internal medicine, cardiology, surgery, and neurology. Our highly qualified team ensures the highest level of care for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We have flexible scheduling, offering a rotating schedule of days and nights or an ER flex schedule of 10 overnight and weekend shifts per month. Our ER Flex clinicians will work a schedule of 10 overnight and weekend shifts per month for a salary of $140k and receive full benefits. Not based in the area and not looking to relocate? We can offer you a schedule and travel stipend that allows you to travel to the clinic for your shifts, and then enjoy time at home in between.
Bohemia is situated along the South Shore of Long Island. Being 30 minutes from New York City means the entertainment options are endless. If you are more interested in getting away from the crowds, it is just a short drive to the Fire Island National Seashore and the Connetquot River State Park.
