Brenner Animal Hospital is seeking an EXPERIENCED veterinary technician.In this vital role, you will assist veterinarians with medical procedures, provide compassionate animal handling, and ensure the highest standards of pet care. Your energetic approach to detail will contribute to a positive, efficient, and caring environment dedicated to improving animal healthand well-being.
Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, physiology, and critical care practices.
Hands on experience witn laboratory procedures, X-ray operation, animal catheterization, and aseptic techniques.
Knowlegde of dental terminology for assisting with dental procedures or cleanings.
Prior veterinary technician experience is required..

100% small animal hospital in Laurel, MD. This well established hospital has been in Laurel for 61 years.It was the second animal hospital in MD to receive AAHA's coveted 4 year certification. The hospital is strictly a medical/surgical hospital. We offer Digital Radiography, Digital Dental Radiography, U/S, 4 exam rooms, a fully equipped Idexx in house lab, Midmark dentistry, a well equipped surgical suite, separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats. Our hospital hours of operation include 8:00am opening, and a 4-5:00pm closing. No evening emergencies, and 1/2 days on Saturday. We work with 2 techs per doctor.
