The Clinic's Motto, “Hometown Hospitality—Modern Medicine”, defines our business culture. SVVH boasts an excellent local reputation and very strong client retention, despite a competitive market, this because of our emphasis on the importance of the Doctor—Client—Patient relationship and “total care.” The community’s trust translates into compliant clients with advanced medical and surgical acute care work-ups or chronic case maintenance. Our clients will proceed with advanced treatments and procedures, which fuels our growth. Thus, Stream Valley, like its client base, is stable and successful.
Our medical and business processes have the support of a proactive, personable, and well-trained staff and possesses an owner D.V.M. who employs “rounds,” the collegial learning process. Daily, new client opportunities exist, thanks to the clinic’s involvement in the many community events but also to our other on-property services, grooming, boarding, daycare, and obedience training.
